I am a mother of 11 months twin boys that used to sleep in my room and to wake up more than 5 times at night! I had to breastfeed/ sooth them back to sleep which took a lot of time and all my energy!
I had finally had enough and contacted Layal. I honestly can not believe how far we have come since those nights. I did not think it
was possible, specially that they used to wake each other up, but with Layal’s plan and daily contact to keep us on track we finally did it! My twins now sleep in their own room, have 2 naps daily, and they are sleeping INDEPENDENTLY 11 hours a night!
