Before starting sleep training with Layal. I was sleepless and tired and thought it was my destiny.
My baby boy woke up every 2 hours at night to rock him to sleep… Sometimes it took me 1 to 2 hours to make him sleep again. We were crying every night and every hour.

I heard about Layal through Instagram. I directly booked her 15 min session and decided to start sleep training. She was amazing and very kind. Her program is very clear and does magic 🙂 After the third day my baby slept 11 hours and had long naps (From 5 to 6 wakes at night to zero :D). Layal and the sleep  sense program are definitely life changing…my nine month old baby used to fall asleep while nursing, wake up 3 to 5 times per night and had irregular naps. It’s the BEST decision I ever made since my little Chloe was born! The close family didn’t support the idea much & found it a little bit exaggerated except for my husband who was the great support and encouraged me to go for it and give it a chance!

I was terrified of the fact that I will have to go through hard times before getting there but whenever I thought about it, I convinced myself that it is for the best of my daughter and anyways we are having hard nights so what’s new!! But guess what!! It was much easier than I thought 🙂

It’s a life changing! My daughter was 6months old when we started the program. She learned sleeping skills in no time & started sleeping through the night within 10 days although the results were noticeable as of the 3rd night. I feel my life going back to normal and STARTED ENJOYING MOTHERHOOD !

My advice! DO IT yourself Mamas cause you’re the strongest! Send your husbands out on a family break & be home alone with your baby ! If your moms are helping, make sure that they support your ideas 100% or else send them on a break too ! 😀

I have a 22 month-old that has never been a good sleeper, and I actually started to accept that and was coming to peace with the fact that I just have a child that is just not a good sleeper.  I came across Layal’s page a while ago and saved it, so l thought I would give it one last chance by working with a sleep expert before giving up.  Choosing to work with Layal on my toddler’s sleep was the best decision!  My life changed completely from the first few days.  I have a toddler that is now sleeping through the night, a toddler that is sleeping independently, and a toddler that is no longer waking up at 4AM but even sleeping past 7AM!  All things that I thought were impossible and would take a very long time to accomplish.

Dear Layal,Thank you very much for giving my mom the tools to teach me how to sleep independently. Although we both enjoyed the cuddles, waking up every 1.5-2 hrs at night was getting quite exhausting for both of us. I couldn’t help it though, I would wake up and wouldn’t know how to get back to sleep without her help! We both ended up being very tired and moody during the day. After going through your sleep plan, I am now able to sleep on my own like a big boy (although I just turned 9 months old)!! Dear Layal, I cannot thank you enough, Layal was really supportive and available for every question we had. She was guiding us in each step till the last day with us! I truly appreciate it, you’ve changed our lives!
Her program has made a massive difference to our lives! Our son has gone from waking up every 1.5-2 hours to sleeping on average 9-10 hours straight a night and sleeping in his own crib for all naps. I feel like I have got some independence back and little things like having dinner with my husband every night and being able to do a work out while he has a morning nap have done wonders for my sanity and mood!

Before starting the program with Layal, I was super hesitant and stressed. I knew my baby girl was so difficult that she just wont sleep by herself. Every time we put her to sleep, we would rock, sing, breastfeed and even bounce while sitting on the bed with her so she would sleep! She had not one, but several positions that we should change while carrying her in order for her to sleep. My baby girl woke up over 15 times per night, every night. Never slept an hour or two straight. Knowing all this , i knew it would be difficult.

After 10 months of sleepless nights and stressful days, Layal came to the rescue. My 10 month old son only slept when drinking milk and woke up several times afterwards. As for his morning and afternoon naps, he only had one nap mostly because he was not able to sleep alone and couldn’t fall asleep since he was not hungry and didn’t want milk.
When we started the training, it was not easy at first but thinking of the outcome and the goals we were going to reach it felt easier.
It was the best decision i made for my son and myself. He now takes 2 naps of an average sleep time of an hour each and a night sleep of minimum 11 hours straight.
